The Life Change Center (TLCC) is a non-profit organization that provides recovery services for heroin and prescription medication abuse concerns in Northern Nevada. We use email marketing to sharing meaningful stories and impactful messages:

Powerful Patient Stories: In one series, we shared the journey of individuals recovering from addiction. These powerful, personal stories resonated deeply with the audience, creating an emotional connection and inspiring others to seek help. Focusing on real experiences helped The Life Change Center build trust and empathy within their community.

Holiday Recovery Tips: During the holiday season, we developed a series of newsletters offering practical tips on staying strong in recovery. These emails provided valuable advice and reminded the recipients that they were not alone in their journey, keeping the audience engaged through a supportive message.

Fundraising & Event Promotions: We’ve created compelling email campaigns to promote fundraising events, such as live and silent auctions. These newsletters included detailed event information, exciting auction items, and personal stories from those who had benefited from the Center’s services, helping to drive engagement and increase attendance.

Family Support Resources: Through a family services newsletter, we highlighted resources for families supporting loved ones in recovery. This targeted content helped families feel empowered and informed, with content tailored to their specific needs.
